Here: we celebrate the art and impact of verbal brevity and spontaneity. We explore poetry and flash fiction, replete with writing exercises, opportunities to share and discuss work and artistic tools and practices, and more.
This community focussed event series is a safe and creative habitat for artists of all kinds to connect, inspire, and grow, is facilitated by Poetry Brothel TO and HamsArt. In summer months our Poetry Club occurs weekly on Tuesday evenings. In colder months (November-March) Poetry club happens on the first Tuesday of each month.
Each session is dedicated to education, writing exercises guided by our guest facilitator, and socialisation and sharing. Each session has a different theme, which informs the writing prompts…
