Fall into ‘Adventures in Slumberland!’
This immersive literary cabaret produced by the Poetry Brothel Toronto and hosted by its Madame, Titania, Queen of the Fairies, will be one night only on June 25th at Ground Control.
Join us a few days after the Summer Solstice, also known as Midsummer or the Longest Day, and journey into Slumberland with us. The Midsummer solstice, a time when the veil between this reality and the Fairy realm, is when one of Earth's poles has its maximum tilt toward the Sun, resulting in the longest day and shortest night of the year… but in the days that follow this as we approach Midwinter? The nights slowly grow longer. What this means to us? More time to dream.
